To keep your room tidy and organized, we have included a two-door wardrobe with drawers and shelves, as well as a three-door wall-mounted wardrobe. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with 7 shelves (1 per tenant) which offers all the necessary space. The living area, adjacent to the kitchen, is characterized by an elegant round table and colored chairs.
The 4 bathrooms, one of which is exclusive, are all equipped with a shower. At the disposal of the tenants, there is also a modern washer dryer, eliminating the need to hang out.
The estimated expenses refer to a virtuous consumption profile.
We're a bit old-fashioned and still prefer deposits like the good old days, so we require the deposit payment to be made to the property manager's bank account immediately after completing the reservation process on HousingAnywhere.
