The room is lockable. There are 5 single rooms in the apartment.

Additionally, in the first hallway there is a large, spacious wardrobe for clothes, a shoe rack, and in the second hallway there is a table with chairs.

I want to rent the room to a friendly and easy-going person, as I want the apartment to have a nice, positive, and friendly atmosphere. The owner does not live in the apartment ;)
