the apartment is located in Bonn center and is right next to the Beethovenhalle and is very quiet. The Rhine can be reached on foot in two minutes, the pedestrian zone of Bonn is five minutes walk away. Bus and streetcar lines are within walking distance in 2-7 minutes. Shopping facilities, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.

The apartment have been extensively renovated in recent months. The planning for furnishings and room layout has been done by an interior designer. It has a new bathroom with shower, a new kitchen an entrance area, living area with corner sofa and sleeping area with a 1.60 m wide bed, a dining area connected to the kitchen and a small balcony. Washing machine as well as all furnishings, wifi, TV with Netflix subscription. Towels, bed linen and kitchen equipment including Nespresso machine in mint condition are also included.

The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and is accessible by elevator. Under the building is an underground parking space available. This can be used for a vehicle height of up to 1.50 meters. There is also a bicycle room where bicycles can be stored.
