HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

This duplex apartment, located on the second & third floor of the building, is 64 square meters in size and has a balcony of 5,7 m2. The apartment is fully equipped and furnished and unique since we only have one gorgeous duplex apartment for rent!

When you enter, there is a large built-in wardrobe on your right where you can store all your personal items. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Furthermore, the first floor is spacious and offers plenty of space to work at the desk and sleep. When you take the spiral staircase up, you enter a bright, beautiful space with an L- shaped kitchen equipped with everything you need. There is also a large comfortable sofa and you can open the patio doors or relax on your south-facing balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The building is very sustainable and environmentally friendly. Your studio can cool and heat itself with the Airconditioning installed. The energy used comes from the solar panels on the rooftop.

The design of this property has a very modern approach, giving it a very chic appearance. The Scandinavian interior ensures plenty of brightness and light in the studio. The space is cleverly divided. On the first floor of the loft, you can find your private kitchen, bathroom, and living room as well as the balcony. If you take the stairs, you can view from the upper floor down and enjoy an amazing view. The upper floor is the bedroom of the apartment and is also provided with a desk and closet.

The Duplex
