The Essential Ensuite and Lite Studio provide the most affordable options, each with a private ensuite bathroom and access to a shared kitchen and lounge. For those wanting extra space and independence, the Enhanced, Elite, and Accessible Studios come with a private kitchenette in addition to the usual bedroom furniture, while the Accessible Studio is specifically adapted for residents with additional needs. The Duo room type suits students who want to live near a friend, offering two adjoining bedrooms, each with its own kitchen and bathroom, connected by a shared internal door.
