Cuando el propietario acepte tu solicitud, automáticamente se realizará el cobro del primer mes y los gastos de gestión, entonces se confirmará la reserva. Después recibirás la dirección exacta y el contacto del propietario para organizar tu mudanza.
Tu dinero está protegido
HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

💶 Financial Terms & Additional Costs
Deposit & Final Cleaning: A security deposit is required at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay, minus a mandatory final cleaning fee (€80 for rooms / €100 for apartments and studios).

Other Costs (Last Month's Rent): Listed under "Other Costs" is the payment for your final month of rent. This must be paid in advance at check-in as a guarantee.

Check-In Payments (Cash): Please note that both the security deposit and the "Other Costs" (last month's rent) must be paid strictly in cash upon check-in.

Administrative Fee: The admin fee cannot be paid in cash and must be settled via bank transfer at check-in.

🔒 Security Deposit:
A deposit is required at check-in. It will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, except for a flat fee of 80€ which covers final cleaning and COVID-19 sanitation. 🧼🧹

Please do not confuse the platform “tenant fee”, which is paid during your booking process, with the admin fee that is paid directly on arrival. The admin fee covers contract preparation, check-in coordination, and general onboarding services. 🧾✨
