HousingAnywhere retiene tu pago y no lo entrega al propietario hasta 48 horas después de tu entrada. Si el alojamiento no coincide con el anuncio, reclama en esas 48 horas y recuperas tu dinero

A finely furnished one bedroom apartment with an astonishing view on the underlying valleys and on the art city of Perugia at a distance of 16 km is available for rent at Castello Monticelli. It is located in the countryside 2 hours from Florence, 2.5 hours from Rome and 20 minutes from Perugia, the capital of Umbria. It measures 70 square meters and is on the first floor of a recently restored listed building called Castello Monticelli by decree of the Italian Ministry of Culture. It is composed of a living room with a kitchenette, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom. Several of the listed buildings of Castello Monticelli are over 1400 years old and have been recently restored under the supervision of the Italian Ministry of Culture. Originally the buildings were a fortress at the border of the Easten Roman Empire with the Lombards, then they became a benedictine monastery and after 1474 a summer and hunting residence of noble families. The minimum stay is 3 months. The rent includes condo fees, the use of Internet, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and parking fees. However, gas, water and electricity are not included in the rent.
