Qué necesitarás
Para enviar la solicitud normalmente solo necesitas tus datos y un método de pago. Tras la aceptación, el propietario puede pedirte DNI o pasaporte y, en algunos casos, justificante de ingresos, matrícula o avalista.
Completa la reserva en HomeStay
En HomeStay envías la solicitud de reserva y no se te cobra nada hasta que el propietario la confirme. Una vez aceptada, pagarás el primer mes en su plataforma y podrían pedirte algún documento adicional, como:
- DNI o pasaporte
- Prueba de solvencia
Múdate
Organiza la fecha de llegada a la casa, la entrega de llaves y todo lo demás directamente con tu propietario. Recuerda también que la mayoría de los proveedores transfieren tu dinero al propietario solo 48 horas después de tu llegada a la casa.

Our home is located in the heart of Tokyo, Shinjuku, making it easy to travel anywhere. And just a short walk from the station helped you recharge for another exciting adventure. (It said that travelers walk an average of 10 kilometers a day.)

A Warm and Friendly Atmosphere
We have a cozy apartment with three rooms, where I live with my good friend. We both love meeting people from all over the world and sharing stories about different cultures. Whether you need travel tips, help navigating the city, or recommendations for local restaurants, we're always happy to help. And if you're curious about Japanese, we can even teach you a few basic phrases!

In my free time, I love to cook. Since I’m originally from Korea, I often make Korean dishes though sometimes they turn into a fun fusion of Korean and Japanese flavors that don’t quite fit into any category… but they always taste great!
If we get the chance, I’d be happy to cook and share a meal.
