THE PRICE GIVEN IN THE HEADLINE IS FOR STANDARD RENTAL – MINIMUM 10 MONTHS.

PRICING IN THE CASE OF A SHORTER RENTAL:

8 - 10 months +10% of basic price
6 – 8 months +20% of basic price
4 – 5 months +30% of basic price
2 – 3 months +40% of basic price
1 month +50% of basic price

*BASIC PRICE is the total rental price from headline + bills

ADDITIONAL COSTS:

- 350 PLN fixed amount (water, heating, electricity, taxes and wastes) for a room.
- 700 PLN fixed amount (water, heating, electricity, taxes and wastes) for a studio or flat.
- Additional person - 200 PLN
- 120 PLN for wifi: studio - optional, let us know earlier if you will need it. Room - obligatory payment.
