Stanza privata in Twentestraat, Amsterdam

We are renting out the room in Amsterdam South (near Amsterdam RAI/Europaplein) at the front of our house. That room is fully furnished with a bed and storage space and has its own shower + sink and a private toilet in the hallway. We only share the hallway with our tenant. There is a shopping center (with Dirk/Action/Trekpleister) within a 3-minute walk. The RAI conference center is also a 5-minute walk away. Moreover, the neighborhood is very green with many trees and various parks nearby (Martin Luther King Park, Beatrix Park and Amstelpark We are quiet people looking for a QUIET AND RESPONSIBLE TENANT. We have two nice cats. - The tenant may sit in the front garden (chairs are available).
