This beautifully renovated and fully furnished 65 square meters apartment on the 1st floor ( 10 stairs to walk up from the entrance of the building) features 3 bedrooms. Located only 2 minutes walking from the bus stop at Patission avenue , it is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and supermarket.

Each bedroom is about 16 square meters and has its own lock on the door, ensuring privacy. They also come equipped with Air conditioning and high-speed VDSL 50 Mbps Wi-Fi. The private bedroom has a double bed, desk for studying or working, lamp, closet, a very small balcony and its own fridge.

You will share the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a small dining area with TV, with the two other tenants. The Air condition provides both cooling and heating. A damage deposit in cash is required upon check-in, which is refundable at the day of check-out after the room is inspected.
