❗ RENTAL CONDITIONS:

- Price: €680 including Bills
- Deposit: €780. (1 month's rent € 680 +Deposit bills: €100)
- (bills: water, gas, electricity, internet, maintenance apartment, cleaning of common areas): up to 80€/each month

We are looking for a resident (male or female), between 20 and 30 years old, actually working or student.
