The quiet apartment (100m2) provides a relaxing atmosphere for students and hardworking people. It is a new building and ready to offer you a great stay! It is characterized by modern decoration, brightness, and soft colours. In the house, you will find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, Dryer, Wi-Fi, TV, central heating, etc. Also, there are one balcony and a swimming pool and gym to enjoy the fresh air and the Natural light and every window has double glass to avoid noise.
