The detached single-family house on a 750m² plot with a beautiful garden is in a prime location in Refrath, close to Cologne. The Lustheide stop on KVB line 1 and the SB40 bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. This means that Cologne can be reached by public transport in just a few minutes without traffic jams. In Refrath, all stores for daily needs such as supermarkets, hairdressers, bakeries, butchers, schools, kindergartens and various restaurants are within walking distance. The A4 highway is just a few minutes away by car. The cities of Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf are therefore easy to reach.
Despite its proximity to the city, the house is located in a green suburb of Cologne with a wonderful garden to relax in.
The 40m² living and dining area with direct access to the garden is the focal point of the house. Thanks to the perfect south-facing orientation and many windows, this room is always flooded with light.

There is also a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.
In the basement there is another bedroom with a ground-level window to the outside.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large 5-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a side-by-side fridge-freezer with ice cube maker.
The two bedrooms on the first floor each have a double bed 1.8 m wide with high-quality mattresses. One bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The room in the basement has a double bed with a width of 1.6m and a small desk.

For longer rentals, individual rooms can be converted into children's rooms or offices. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

What makes this house special is that it was not built for renting, but for own use. Therefore, many amenities such as smart home equipment, cameras and a garden with a unique magnolia and a covered Broil King gas barbecue are available.

Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
