Our lovely apartment is nestled in the highly-prized area of Prenzlauerberg, near the Arnimplatz, Quarter of the former East Berlin. Old-timers and newcomers appreciate its mix of urban bustle and suburban-style calm, in a neighbourhood thriving with boutique workshops, shops and restaurants – all close to the property. It is just a short walk to 4 S-Bahn lines (S8, S9, S41, S42 and S85) a metro (U2) and a tram lines, one taking you to Alexanderplatz in less than 15 minutes. Our apartment in this late 19th century building has high ceilings and large windows. Recently renovated in bright colors, it is full of light, even in winter. We took special care to showcase the work of young designers we like, as you can see in the materials and colors used to transform this living space. We wanted to give it a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen, and all you need to cook gastronomic or on-the- go meals: an oven, microwave, dishwasher. It has a bar-type area, bar stools, and comes equipped with Limoges porcelain ware, French iconic glasses, sharp ceramic knives, and of course, a fully automated espresso and cappuccino maker. The apartment offers a large double bed and roomy closets, a flatscreen LED-TV with cable featuring international channels, free wifi (100Mb) and a washing machine/dryer. If you book this apartment, following rules apply:
If your starting date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your starting date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. No smoking apartment.
Please Note: The rental deposit is one month's rent:
- for the WG/ private room: Handover fee 100€
- for studio /apartment): Handover fee 150€
If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent, a work contract is also suitable.
If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move in date is within these 7 days we need the documents
24 hours before move-in at the latest.
