The apartment is located on the ground floor of our historic, over 100-year-old house and is situated directly on the banks of the Havel River, complete with a large garden and direct water access.
Wake up in the morning watching the sailboats with a fragrant cup of coffee in bed and take a deep breath – this is how your day begins. In the afternoon, you can relax on your private terrace under the awning, read a book, or welcome friends for coffee and cake.

The nearest supermarket (Netto) and a bakery are just a 5-minute walk away. A cozy pizzeria and a Vietnamese restaurant are right around the corner.
The express bus X34 (stop "Alt-Gatow", a 4-minute walk away) takes you directly to the western city center in about 35 minutes. Spandau's old town and train station (Bahnhof Spandau) can be reached in 12 minutes via bus 134.
