Your Room – Furnished to Suit Your Needs

Existing furniture can also be supplemented, exchanged or rearranged by agreement, allowing the room to provide a comfortable space for relaxing and working.

A desk and office chair can be provided at short notice. Please discuss your preferences before booking or moving in.

Comfort Throughout the Year

Reliable heating keeps the apartment warm and comfortable during the colder months. High-quality sound-insulating windows, along with external roller shutters or pleated blinds, provide additional comfort.

A Smart TV and air conditioning are available in selected rooms. Please confirm which of these amenities are included in the advertised room before booking.

Very Fast Internet & Working from Home
