I am renting out a bright room in a shared apartment located at Goslarer Ufer, 10589 Berlin. The neighborhood is quiet yet lively, with excellent public transport connections as well as shops, cafés, and other amenities nearby.

The apartment is modern, functional, and suitable for both short- and long-term stays. The room is approximately 13 m2 and has direct access to a terrace, providing additional space to relax outdoors.

You will share a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room with your flatmates. All common areas are furnished and provide everything you need for comfortable everyday living.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained residential complex and offers a particularly attractive combination of generous living space, outdoor areas, and views toward the water.

The west-facing terrace provides plenty of space for outdoor seating and a barbecue and creates a natural extension of the living area. From the terrace, you can enjoy views, making the outdoor space an enjoyable part of everyday life.

In addition, the apartment has the exclusive right to use a small surrounding garden, providing further outdoor space directly next to the apartment.

Currently, two female tenants and one male tenant live in the apartment. The atmosphere in the shared flat is friendly and respectful, making it suitable for both students and working professionals.
