The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, close to the forest and was renovated in 2022. All shopping facilities, doctors, restaurants are on site (approx. 5 min walk). It is located on the 1st floor and is reached via an outside staircase with balcony. The access is independent and only for this apartment.
If the apartment is rented by 2 persons an additional 35€ will be charged.
Living room with kitchen, fully equipped: incl. dishwasher, oven, hotplates, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, sofa and TV etc....
This large room with two large windows is very beautiful and bright. A wide hallway with space for supplies and wardrobe, small functional shower room with window.
Large and bright bedroom also with 2 windows: Bed 160cm wide, large closet/wardrobe and a desk. WLAN/Wifi access available.
Table with two chairs on the balcony. Washing machine in the cellar, with space to dry laundry. Shelf in the drying room with storage facilities.
