Spacious bathroom with shower.

Quiet living/dining room with couch and coffee table, bed for 2 persons, living room cupboard, well-lit workstation, a large TV, WLAN/Internet and kitchen.
All windows are equipped with tight shutters.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
Utilities (water, heating, TV, electricity) are included. Washing machine and dryer are available free of charge in the cellar.
An extra bed can be added on request.
Ironing board and iron can also be provided on request.

High-quality and modern furnishing, floor is tiled with marble tiles, shutters on all windows, fully equipped fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV flatscreen, WLAN/Internet.

This beautiful, bright flat is located in the centre of Endenich, only 50 metres from the bus stop.
The institutes of the University of Bonn are only a few minutes away.
The university hospital on the Venusberg is 5 km away and can be reached quickly.
There are several restaurants, cafés, shops and other shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
Right on the "doorstep" are several banks (Sparkasse, VR-Bank, Post Office), the well-known theatre "Springmaus" and the "Harmonie", where rock and pop music is played every evening, as well as various beer gardens.
