This high-quality, fully furnished apartment is located in Bonn's Nordstadt district. The approximately 35 m² apartment is situated on the bright garden level and features its own entrance and a private terrace.

The apartment belongs to a detached single-family house with a very large garden and offers a quiet, private living environment; a family with one child lives in the house.

The combined living, sleeping, and working area is modern, high-quality, and practically furnished.
The apartment features a comfortable bed (160 cm wide), a cozy living area (40-inch TV), ample storage space, and a full-fledged workspace with fast Wi-Fi, creating the perfect environment for daily life, home office, and relaxation.

The apartment is located on Obernierstraße in Bonn's Nordstadt district – quietly situated yet very well connected. The location is ideal for anyone who wants to live close to the city center without being directly in the hustle and bustle of the city center.

Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity: an Edeka is only about 150–160 m away and easily reachable on foot in a few minutes. A Lidl is also within walking distance.

Bonn's Old Town is within walking distance and offers a lively mix of cafés, restaurants, small shops, and urban flair. The city center and Bonn Central Station are also easily accessible; the main station is about 1.8 km away.

Public transport connections are very practical: bus stops are within a short walking distance, including in the areas of Am Nordpark and Potsdamer Platz. From there, connections exist to the city center, main station, and other Bonn districts.
