The residence is a historic, charming house of 350 sqm, renovated, with 10 rooms, a kitchen (shared among 6 rooms), 3 bathrooms (your bathroom is for 3 rooms only), a garden, and a large roof terrace.

Room:
A furnished room of 25 sqm for one or two persons, located on the second floor with a view to the street and its Wilhelminian facades. The Kitchen is shared among 6 rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The bathroom on your floor is shared among the three rooms on your 2nd floor.
Your room is equipped with a double bed (140x200cm), closet, desk, armchairs, bedside tables, bed linen, towels, and everything you see at the pictures.

The house has:
- 10 bedrooms,
- 3 bathrooms,
- shared Kitchen (for 6 out of 10 rooms),
- Laundry,
- nice garden,
- large roof terrace,

- party room designed to share with your future housemates.

The house is fully equipped and decorated with everything you need. You can simply arrive with your luggage and live in Bonn for a season in one of the most beautiful areas of the city.

Location

BEUEL is a residential area on the eastern bank of the river Rhine. This is the sunny side of the river, where you can enjoy large summer afternoons and sunsets just a short walk away from the house. Beuel has its own busy area with shops, cafés, and restaurants, and a good connection to the city centre.
