This fully renovated flat is situated in a historic functionalist apartment building from 1936, located in the western part of the city center on Pekařská Street.

The flat features 2 bedrooms—one spacious and one smaller with a balcony. The flat can be rented as a whole or by room; please check for current availability.

All windows face an inner garden, creating a pleasant microclimate in the summer with a lovely view, making the flat very comfortable and quiet without street noise. The garden, with several resting areas, is accessible to all residents of the building.

The flat includes a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher for your convenience and a washing machine in the bathroom. The toilet is separate.

In front of the building, there is a tram stop (St. Anne’s Hospital). Nearby, you will find several well-rated restaurants, popular street food takeaway places, and cafes.

It’s a 10-15 minute walk or 2-3 tram stops to the main train station, Nové Sady and Titanium, Vlněna, and Holandská business parks, and Mendlovo Náměstí.
