The apartment is located 5 minutes from Spielberk office center (Holandská street). Excellent access to the downtown - 5 minutes by tram, 10 minutes on foot. The tram stop is located right in front of the house. Free parking is possible in front of the house or around the house. The balcony overlooks the church of St. Peter and Paul (Petrov). The apartment is located on the 1st floor, no elevator.
