The 125 sqm flat is situated in the inner section of Budapest’s 7th district, five minutes walk from Blaha Lujza tér., Astoria tér. or the Synagogue. The apartment is surrounded by public transport (Metro 2, Tram No. 4-6, bus 74)
Universities are close to the flat: Semmelweis Medical University, Eötvös Lóránd University’s faculities: PPK, BTK.
The flat is on the top floor in a two-unit classical building, the building has no elevator. The flat feels like a house; it has a main and an upper level.
The apartment consists of three double bedrooms and a small room with single bed. In this community there is central heating, so common cost includes the heating cost.
