- The flat is well-equipped with a washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooktop, microwave, water boiler etc.
- Tenants are young, international students
- Mattress and brand new mattress protector are provided, bedding and towels are not, but there's an IKEA a few metro stops from the flat where you can buy what you prefer
