Su HomeStay invii la richiesta di prenotazione e non ti viene addebitato nulla finché il proprietario non conferma. Una volta accettata, pagherai il primo mese sulla loro piattaforma e potrebbero chiederti qualche documento aggiuntivo, ad esempio:
- Carta d'identità o passaporto
- Prova di solvibilità
Trasferisciti!
Organizza la data di arrivo nell'alloggio, la consegna delle chiavi e tutto il resto direttamente con il proprietario. Ricorda inoltre che la maggior parte dei partner trasferisce il tuo denaro al proprietario solo 48 ore dopo il tuo arrivo nell'alloggio.

At Palermo coolest neighborhood you'll find a single room (with private bathroom and a fridge for your own private use also) cozy, colorfull and beautifully decorated. There is a ceiling fan.
Minimum stay: one week, longest stay: 60 days (eventually to be extended if so agreed). US$ 196.00 per week. US$ 713,00 per month.
Located right in front of the Zoo and at a few meters of the best parks in town. At 50 meters of Avenida Las Heras with dozens of bus lines and at 300 meters of the Plaza Italia subway station.
I'm fluent both at English and Portuguese and have a good knowledge of Italian and French.
The apartment is very comfortable, has 136 square meters and a large balcony overlooking the Zoo with a spectacular view. You are allowed to use the drawing room, the TV and dining room and the kitchen (just ligh cooking and warming up in the microwave ) and no frying.
Free Internet is available and not any charges (electricity, etc, it's all included). Let me add that I use to charge my guests a deposit amount of 180 US dollars for possible damages. Of course this deposit is refunded if everything is al right when the stay is over.
I am an easy going person. I enjoy spending time with my guests, help them, show them around and give them any kind of tips, hints or assistant if they so like or when necessary.
It is required that you send a self introductory few lines stating your age and some reference as well as an idea of what your activities are going to be in Buenos Aires .
Although prices may be shown in Argentina Pesos I require guests to pay in U.S. dollars or in Euro at the so called “blue” rate of exchange in force on the date of payment.
This is a non smoking home. No pets.
