Located near the Burjassot University Campus, our coliving apartment offers rooms starting :
Designed to provide comfort and foster a sense of community, the apartment comes fully equipped with a spacious living room with a TV, a modern kitchen, three rooms with single beds, one double room (suitable for couples), two full bathrooms, and plenty of natural light. The location is unbeatable, just 10 minutes from the metro, 6 minutes from the tram, and a 9-minute walk to the university.
We offer services like fortnightly cleaning, maintenance, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a hassle-free stay. Sharing the space, you'll be surrounded by friendly, fun, and entrepreneurial people who enjoy socializing and creating a positive living environment.
To move in, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a two-month deposit and the first month’s rent (or a proportional amount). Students must present their study registration and proof of financial means, while workers should provide payroll or an alternative method of payment. If you prefer, you can pay the contract in full (minimum of three months plus deposit).
Please note that couples are not allowed in single-use rooms, and only one room is available for a couple or someone seeking extra comfort. If you want to see the apartment, we can share a detailed video to help you visualize your new home.

ARRIVAL SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday
-From 15:00 to 18:00 → No additional cost.
-From 18:00 to 20:00 → Subject to staff availability and with a cost of 30€.
-After 20:00 → Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€.
Saturday
-From 11:00 to 13:00 → No additional cost.
-Outside these hours → Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€.
Sunday
Must be arranged in advance
IMPORTANT
-A person will be sent to deliver the keys.
-Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.
-If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time):
-20€ until 18:00
-30€ until 21:00
-50€ after 21:00

- Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €120.
