You can request to have your bedroom furnished or unfurnished.
This shared apartment is 8 min walk from the Porter station for the Red and Fitchburg lines. Features of this apartment are: guarantors allowed, smoke-free, dine in kitchen, laundry in building (paid), hardwood floors, microwave, oven, refrigerator.
If you drive, you can easily find a parking spot (paid separately)

Due to its proximity to nearby universities, a large portion of Somerville’s population consists of young professionals and college students. With a median age of 31, Somerville is recognized as one of Boston’s biggest arts communities. It holds the second-highest number of artists per capita in America. Somerville is home to an assortment of restaurants and shops, as well as some of Boston’s best craft beer. Less than two miles on foot from Harvard University, this apartment is also ideal for college students who prefer to live off campus.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours.
