The apartment is located at Avenida Niños Héroes de Chapultepec 102, in a vibrant, authentic neighborhood with great public transport connections. You'll be just a 10-minute walk from Metro Villa de Cortés (Line 2), close to trolleybus lines and bike stations, and about 25–30 minutes from the historic city center.

The flat is ideal for digital nomads, remote workers or students. It has fast and stable Wi-Fi (350 Mbps), two spacious bedrooms with folding desks, blackout curtains, and comfortable viscoelastic double beds (135x190 cm). Whether you're staying for work, study, or long-term travel, you'll have everything you need to feel at home: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, cozy living room with a 55” Smart TV, and lots of natural light.

I take great care to ensure the apartment is clean, well-maintained, and ready for your arrival. I personally handle communication and I'm always available if you need anything—before or during your stay. I respect your privacy, but I’m happy to help with local recommendations or tips on life in CDMX.
