The house has 5 large and bright bedrooms, dining room, 3 bathrooms.

Efren works as IT Director LATAM in an American company and enjoys swimming, music and making barbecued meats; Tere works in his construction business. They have 3 Sons (Karla of 25, Efren of 22 and Paulina of 19), Karla graduates this year from the university, Efren is in 7th semester of the university and Paulina goes in the 5th semester, the three in Tec de Monterrey.


It is a room located on the ground floor, quite large, airy and fresh, full bathroom and a small TV room or study.
