- This holding fee of US$99 prioritises & fast-tracks your application with our partners.
- The US$99 holding fee is fully refundable within 6 days of payment. Full refund is applicable whether your booking is finalized with Amber or even if we're unable to find a suitable match for you.
The property does not allow any cooling off period.
Replacement tenant is allowed.
- The total housing cost is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments.
- Each instalment is due on the 1st day of the month.
- The monthly payment includes the base rent, all mandatory fees, and any applicable premiums or add-ons.
- Payment can be made through the resident portal.
- Bank transfer is accepted.
- Credit card is accepted.
- Paper checks may be accepted by the leasing office.
- Money orders may be accepted by the leasing office.
- A guarantor is someone who is financially responsible for the lease agreement.
- The guarantor must reside in the United States.
- The guarantor must be at least 25 years of age.
- The guarantor cannot be a current resident.
You will need to pay an administration fee (non-refundable) of $150 and an application fee (non-refundable) of $60.
The property requires a deposit payment of $100.
If you are unable to travel due to government-imposed travel restrictions, please contact the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will facilitate the request to review your circumstances and explore the possibility of cancellation/contract amendment. Requests are considered individually, and any outcome will depend on the property's review and applicable booking terms.
If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation.
