It is our pleasure to be your homestay hosts in Port Coquitlam while you are away from home. In our homestay, you will be treated like a member of our family. We welcome all nationalities. We have hosted students from South Korea, Japan, China, Taiwan and other Asian countries not to mention some students from Europe and North America. We are a family in PORT COQUITLAM who are interested in providing a comfortable and affordable homestay to foreign students and working professionals. Our home stay services include the following: - Fairly new house .

Fully furnished room with No meal.

We have very large rooms, which could be occupied by 1 or 2 students

Wireless high-speed Internet access - cable, gas and heating included - Few steps to bus stop and 10 min to sky train station. Share bathroom is available to students and working professionals - Free laundry - Quick access to city center, malls, libraries, and parks.

We are small family of 2 with a dog in a large home in family orientated area in PORT COQUITLAM BC Canada. Our family lives in a 6 bedrooms house. I live with my daughter who’s 25-30 range and working full time. I’m retired real estate and property management agent.
We also live with our rescued dog since 2024.

The bus stop is in front of house, park is 3 min away Recreation Centre and shopping center and library is 15 min away.

We have a medium size kitchen that opens to family room and balcony which we could BBQ on occasions or weekend. Our home also has separate dining room and living room.

We live on a family oriented and semi-quiet road, which is one best area in PORT COQUITLAM.





This room is a large room for 1 person. It is on the top floor North facing, with a view of the neighborhoods
