This charming apartment blends comfort, style, and a privileged location in the heart of Cordoba.
Located on the first floor, it offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you enter the living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen. This modern space features a Smart TV, wifi, air-conditioning and heating (split system), and several windows facing both the street and the interior patio.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, and full cookware, allowing you to prepare meals with ease.

The apartment offers two spacious and well-designed bedrooms. The first bedroom includes two 90x190 cm beds, a built-in wardrobe, TV, air-conditioning and heating, and a window overlooking the interior patio, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment.
The second bedroom features a 180x190 cm bed, a built-in wardrobe, TV, air-conditioning and heating, and a window facing the street that brings in natural light.
A full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the layout, and a crib and high chair are available upon request.

Located just behind the Palacio de Viana and steps away from Santa Marina de Aguas Santas, the Realejo, and San Andres, this apartment allows you to explore on foot some of the most authentic corners of Cordoba. It is also close to iconic landmarks such as the Mosque-Cathedral, Plaza de la Corredera, the Roman Temple, and the Roman Bridge, offering a unique experience in one of the city’s most historic and vibrant areas.

The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
