This studio on the first floor of the building complex is 35 square meters in size and also has a 2.3 square meter balcony. The view from the studio overlooks the inner garden of the building. in short, green living in the heart of bustling Delft.

The studio is fully furnished and has a foldable double bed. When folded, it functions as a desk where two people can comfortably work or study. After a long day of work, you can relax on the sofa or prepare a delicious meal in your own kitchen and enjoy it at the dining table. The studio also has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and toilet, in short, everything you need for a pleasant stay!

The courtyard studios are the smallest studios we offer in terms of square meters, but that certainly does not make them less pleasant to stay in. The smart layout ensures that they still feel spacious and because of the view of the courtyard, the studio feels light, spacious, and relaxing.
