The total all-in rent is € 1.550,- per month. This consists of € 690,- base rent, € 450,- gas, electricity, water internet, and € 410,- extra costs for short-term rent, administration, electronics, kitchen utensils, 1 duvet 1 pillow and linen services.; options; cleaning 150 per month

Important: We are looking for a female student who is doing an internship or an exchange semester for a maximum period of 3 months in The Hague region. If you wish to reserve this accommodation, please send me a booking request or a message including your age, required documents and a short introduction.

Private studio with private bathroom with a bath and a comfortable closetbed.
A suitable quiet space to work from with a fast wifi connection.

Washing machine, refrigerator, microwave/oven combination, cooking plate and limited kitchen utilities are available. However all these essentials for cooking simple dishes are present for private use.

The studio is located on a street with small quality shops for all groceries. Additionally hairdressers, small clothing stores, bookstore, gift stores, lunchrooms and dining options are present. The small green residential area is located between 3 beautifull parks as you can see in the pictures, a 15 min walk to the central station/city and a beautiful 15 minutes cycling route to the beach.

We hope to find a non smoking/ drinking, and working occupant who also find it important to respect each other's living comfort.

All-inclusive monthly price will be €1,550 exl. cleaning
