We are located right next to the Hochschule für Musik on the Schweriner Straße.
The building is historical and beautifully renovated, an elevator goes straight into the apartment.
The tramstop Schwerinerstraße is located directly infront of the apartment, the trainstop Bahnhof Dresden Mitte is less then 5 min away by foot.

Room for Rent 750€ monthly Includes
-Freshly renovated room with new furniture
-cleaning of shared bathroom facilities
-Washing machine and dishwasher for free use
-Kitchen supplies, dishes, amenities (stove, oven, kettle)
-Laundry detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies, toiletpaper ect.
-Wifi and all electricity and water usages
-fresh sheets and towels can be provided weekly for an additional monthly cost of 35€

My Name is Lilli i am 21 years old and i live with my Father David who is 45 years old in this apartment.
We both work but i often have free days as i am studying from home and working as a model.
I am a clean person so i keep everything tidy, my father is a very handy person so he renovates and decorates the apartment in my opinion very tastefully.
With us lives my 7 year old boy cat scotty who is very hard to resist as he loves to cuddle.
He is very cute, quiet, clean and of course not allowed in the for rent offered room for now, that would be completely up to you. As i know him he would love another human to cuddle with, so feel open to see him included in this apartment.
Every second week on the weekend my 13 year old little sister stays in the apartment as my parents share custody for her.
My Father and i both work while speaking english so international students are more then welcome!!!

The apartment is central and just 5 minutes away from the historical Altstadt of Dresden. Postplatz, Zwinger and Theaterplatz all in just 5 min walking distance. Grocery stores and drugstores are located less then 500m from the apartment.
