Completely renovated & modern: Both the bathroom and all other living spaces have been freshly renovated and equipped with modern interiors.

Fully equipped & ready to move in: The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, and a comprehensive set of cookware. Your first moments of comfort are also taken care of: utensils for coffee and tea as well as a basic supply of spices are ready for you. Combined with the functional workspace setup at the dining table, this means: you only need to unpack your suitcase.

Cleaning service included: The apartment is cleaned for you free of charge every two weeks. Upon prior arrangement, this service can also be flexibly adjusted.

Smart & keyless entry: An electronic door lock allows you a convenient check-in and access to the apartment completely without a key.

A large 85-inch Smart TV including Netflix and over 100 other channels ensures the perfect cinema feeling after work.

Transport connections: You can reach the S-Bahn (commuter train) on foot in just a few minutes. From here, you have a fast connection to Düsseldorf Airport, the trade fair (Messe), as well as the city centers of Duisburg and Düsseldorf.
