Stanza privata in Durham, England, Durham

I live on a quite busy road only two miles from Durham city centre. The house is small but comfortable and vibrant (I'm told!) Three bedrooms, one bathroom (with walk-in shower), 1 living room ( with bright sunny conservatory off) and one kitchen. There's a small but pleasant garden out back.
This is a double room with lots of wardrobe and cupboard space. Bright and airy.
