This appealing property is the first-time occupancy after renovation. The attractive apartment is located on the second floor (courtyard side - orientation to the north) and can be occupied immediately.
In 2021 a comprehensive renovation took place and ensures low energy costs. In the process, all electrical wiring, fuse box, partitions, plumbing, fixtures, instantaneous water heater, lighting were dismantled and rebuilt according to the planning of an architect to high quality, modern standards.
This high-quality apartment is rented furnished, including internet and utilities at a flat rate.
If desired, a cleaning service can also be offered according to an agreement.

We are also happy to rent to companies seeking a temporary rental.

The kitchen and the furniture are made to measure so that the 1-room apartment can be used optimally.
The integrated living room furniture is wardrobe, desk, shelf as well as sitting/reading area and stairs to the exit to the fire escape, which includes a 1m² outdoor landing.
The kitchen is about 2.10m long and contains a modern Siemens oven with microwave function, an induction hob with 4 plates, a built-in hood, a sink, and a refrigerator. Above the kitchen, unit hang cabinets in 2 rows for the purpose of storage space for kitchen accessories.
There are 60x120 light-colored floor tiles in the entry/kitchen and showers. The floor tiles are separated from the oak parquet floor in the transition to the living area with a rail so that a change of material from the kitchen to the living area is visible in the room.
