Descrizione dell’appartamento

A small, very tastefully decorated apartment in the attic. Right in the heart of Pempelfort, perhaps the most beautiful district of Düsseldorf. The apartment has been recently renovated. It has a lovely bathroom, a small kitchenette, a comfortable sofa, a daybed, a desk, and a built-in wardrobe.

IMPORTANT: The shower/tub combination is only about 170 cm high. This means taller people will have to bend down a bit.

IMPORTANT 2: The kitchenette has a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator. This means there is no stovetop, so no cooking, and especially no frying.

IMPORTANT 3: The bed is 120cm wide. The apartment is designed for one person. However, you can have visitors, it will just be a bit cramped.

IMPORTANT 4: The maximum rental period is limited to 12 months. However, it can of course be extended afterwards.

A few more words about the location. The apartment is right on the corner of Nordstraße and Kaiserswerther Straße. A supermarket and bus stop are directly opposite. Cafés, restaurants, charming shops, and pubs are in the immediate vicinity. The Rhine River, the Königsallee (Kö), and the Hofgartenpark are all within easy walking distance (approximately 5 and 10 minutes, respectively). A taxi ride to the airport takes 10 minutes, and to the main train station (Hbf) 5 minutes. The trade fair grounds are about 12 minutes away by train.

The building is well-maintained, the landlord lives nearby, and the caretaker is almost always on site.
