Welcome to our modern and spacious home! This stunning apartment is conveniently situated near the Shore, offering easy access to all the sights and sounds of Edinburgh. The property boasts a sleek and simple layout, with 2 bedrooms, a living room, and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for occupants to relax and unwind. Guests will also have access to a free allocated parking space.

The apartment is 110 square meters in total, featuring a stylish and well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, and stove. Guests can enjoy fast WiFi with an average download speed of 630mb and have access to a TV with the top package of sport and movies. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the property. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, offering fantastic partial views over Edinburgh Dock.

This is a self-check-in property and guests will need to verify their identity before checking in.

Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at a minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
