• The neighbours are all friendly tenants from our houses. You will feel home fast.
• Optional parking spaces in the courtyard available for €55/month (not mandatory)
• Your lovely landlord is the owner of the entire place (its not a sub letting situation)
• We live the direct neighborhood and can assist you if there are any problems. :)
