This charming room is fully furnished and includes a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, chair, and a lamp. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe, a bedside table with an additional lamp, and a mirror. The comfortable single bed measures 90 cm wide by 200 cm long, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Additionally, this bedroom is an ensuite, offering the luxury of a private bathroom for your exclusive use.

Others:
- The rent includes 35€/per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.
- We offer bed sheets and towels just as shown in the pictures.
- The rooms come as shown in the pictures or with the equivalent replacements. This applies for: towels, pillows and pillowcases, furniture, lamps, and all other amenities.
- Visits are allowed, but they need to be communicated and approved in a timely manner.
- All check-ins are done in person, require ID and the security deposit paid.
- Standard check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Early check-in before 2:00 PM is possible upon request and requires confirmation. A €25 fee applies to check-ins on weekends and public holidays, as well as to check-ins between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on weekdays. Please note that check-ins are not available between 9:00 PM and 9:30 AM.
- We do not allow smoking or pets in the flat.
- An Administrative Fee of 40€ and a Cleaning Fee of 60€ will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of the contract.
