The apartment is located in the heart of San Frediano, in the Oltrarno city center. It is close to the central train station, tram connections, supermarkets, and the Cascine park.
The apartment has been fully renovated and features new appliances (including a washer and dryer), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright panoramic living room. There is also a rooftop balcony, ideal for summer aperitifs and dinners, relaxing with the Arno breeze, or sunbathing in complete privacy.
The apartment has three bedrooms: one is currently occupied and has an en-suite bathroom; the second room is for rent and includes exclusive use of the other bathroom; the third room is currently used as a home studio.
