Su Wunderflats invii la richiesta di prenotazione e non ti viene addebitato nulla finché il proprietario non conferma. Una volta accettata, pagherai il primo mese sulla loro piattaforma e potrebbero chiederti qualche documento aggiuntivo, ad esempio:
- Carta d'identità o passaporto
- Prova di solvibilità
Trasferisciti!
Organizza la data di arrivo nell'alloggio, la consegna delle chiavi e tutto il resto direttamente con il proprietario. Ricorda inoltre che la maggior parte dei partner trasferisce il tuo denaro al proprietario solo 48 ore dopo il tuo arrivo nell'alloggio.

Because our apartments are much more than the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. We are the address for all those who want everything. You will find everything you need - and more than you expect - combined in one building: Together with the architecture and open space design planned according to Feng Shui principles, your serviced apartment offers you not just a temporary solution, but a uniquely multifaceted living environment in which you will miss nothing.

The business district is just a short walk away. The trade fair, the old town, the Main River and the station district are all within easy reach. And thanks to the ideal proximity to art, culture, gastronomy and business, you can really enjoy the full program here - depending on the weather, your mood and the time of day.

- 1 km walk to the banks of the Main
- 15 S-Bahn minutes to the Römer
- One walk or 2 stops to the Business-District
- 2 S-Bahn minutes to the main train station

- 20 minutes by car to the airport
- 20 minutes by bike to Campus Westend

Please note that there are neither kitchen utensils (pots, cutlery, etc.) nor bedding/linen or towels in the apartment. However, these can be booked for a fee.

Rental always starts on the 1st or 15th of the month and ends on the 14th/30th or 31st of the month (unless these days are on the weekend). The maximum booking period is 6 months.
