STAY LENGTH & PRICING

Stays of six months or longer are preferred and offer the best monthly rate. Shorter stays are equally welcome.

• 6 months or longer: €690/month
• 3 to under 6 months: €735/month
• Under 3 months: €770/month
• Seasonal flat-rate rent increase during the heating period: €50/month
• Weekly shared-area maintenance cleaning, if introduced where needed: €30/month per tenant
• Final cleaning: €60 once per stay, reduced to €30 for a particularly clean return
• Security deposit for a one-month stay: €300; for longer stays, the deposit shown separately in the listing applies
• Optional private reservation of the separate toilet: €25/month, subject to availability
• Permanent occupancy by two people, where permitted: +25%

This bright and comfortable room is part of Apartment GASTON, a three-bedroom shared apartment on the fourth floor.
