Close to Frankfurt central station this modern 3-room shared flat is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building.
Each room as well as the common areas are fully furnished.
Equipment:
The complete 3rd floor of the residential house (elevator available) was completely renovated 2019 and now 6 rooms are available on the whole floor.
The equipment of each room includes a comfortable bed incl. bedding and linen, an open wardrobe, flat screen TV, bedside table, desk, desk chair.
In addition each room on the floor is equipped with its own WIFI router.
In the shared flat there is an open kitchen area completely furnished with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils with electric cooker, dishwasher, as well as seating for the common use of all tenants. Furthermore a microwave, kettle and coffee machine are available.
The flatmates share the use of a large fridge-freezer and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. A modern coin-operated tumble dryer is also available for the flatmates.
The third floor is professionally cleaned weekly in the common areas.

This shared flat is located between Frankfurt main station and the Taunusanlage in Taunusstraße. The surrounding banks and companies are within walking distance and shops for daily needs are also nearby.
The Main and the city centre are also only a few minutes walk away.
The popular Kaiserstraße runs parallel to this street with a number of restaurants, bars, specialty shops, bakeries and drugstores.
The connection to numerous public transport systems is excellent due to the direct proximity to Frankfurt's main railway station.
Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel is now one of the trendiest areas of Frankfurt. This is due on the one hand to the multi-cultural flair, but also to the traditional red light district, which is located in the middle of the quarter. Due to the varied leisure activities of the quarter, there is always something going on in the Bahnhofsviertel.
