This modern 1-room apartment of approximately 25 m² combines thoughtful furnishings, modern comfort and a location that is particularly ideal for medical professionals, professors, research staff and students.

Simply arrive and feel at home. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. From bed linen and towels to dishes and cooking utensils, as well as a Nespresso machine, Wi-Fi and Smart TV, everything you need for a comfortable and uncomplicated stay is already there.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The living space is modern and stylishly furnished, creating a pleasant atmosphere within its 25 m². The spacious king-size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm offers plenty of room and ensures a restful night's sleep, even after a long day at work or an intensive day of studying.

Still have some work to finish after your day? No problem. At the height-adjustable desk, you can work comfortably either sitting or standing.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to quickly and easily prepare something delicious for yourself. A stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and kettle are provided. Pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery and all essential cooking utensils are also available.

The modern bathroom features a shower and is equipped with soft, fluffy towels.

The location is particularly attractive for medical professionals. Freiburg University Hospital can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot. Sound-insulating windows and effective blackout blinds ensure a restful night's sleep, even after a night shift.

The apartment is also ideally located for professors, research staff and students at the Faculty of Engineering. The Faculty of Engineering can be reached in just around 10 minutes on foot.
