Bright 2 room comfort apartment in PLAZA** (Maritim) complex, separate bedroom with queen size bed, modern and welcoming interior, fully equipped kitchen.

A large living room has an open plan modern kitchen ready to move in and a dining table. The living area is furnished with comfortable upholstered furniture, a wardrobe with sliding doors.

The separate bedroom has a queen size bed (180 x 200cm) and another wardrobe. In the modern bathroom with tub there is also a washing machine.

Secured access via chip controlled access. Large foyer with noble ambience. Three passenger elevators, one freight elevator, house cleaning and caretaker, parking space for your car on the Maritim parking lot is free.

A large loggia also belongs to the object, where you can wonderfully relax from everyday life

The football stadium Veltins-Arena is less than 4 km away from PLAZA Gelsenkirchen.
